Please note that all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds once a purchase has been made.
However, we are happy to provide a replacement if your bottle are damaged, leaking, or defective.

To request a replacement:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number, photo evidence of the issue, and a brief description of the problem.

  3. Once verified, a replacement bottle will be arranged at no additional cost.

PerfumePlay reserves the right to deny replacement requests that do not meet the above criteria or appear to be fraudulent.
